Absolutely! We are fully insured and happy to provide a certificate of insurance upon request. We also encourage our clients to always ask to receive a certificate of insurance for a contractor via email directly from the insurance agent to prevent fraud or altered certificates.

As much as we would like to immediately provide that information, it is imperative that we visit the tree and see the property first hand. There are too many variables that can only be determined with a site visit.

Contractors providing quality work, with a good reputation and legitimate overhead, should be busy. The time of year will also have an impact. Most tree services can be performed in the winter months.  However, many tree owners do not realize that. Based on that, work performed in winter leads to faster response times versus the spring and fall months which tend to be our busiest.

If the logs/wood has not been removed the day of the job, it may take 1 or 2 days as our log trucks follow behind our removal crews so they do not “sit” waiting for logs to be produced from the work being done.
